Where to start a laundry
1. Small laundromats are usually operated from shopping centres or other smaller shop spaces where foot traffic and parking availability is high. Sometimes it helps to look at where there are existing laundry services. Like car dealerships, you might find a few laundries in the same road. This indicates that there is a big demand in that area and if you can operate a better service than existing providers you are likely to be successful. If there are no laundries near by either you are in luck and will be the first of many, or there is a good reason for this e.g. low demand for a laundry service in the area.

2. Medium to large commercial laundries are almost all in industrial areas. The rely on networking, contracts, tenders and sales reps to bring the work in so area isn't always that important.
